I caved in to my geek-like infatuation with all things stationery and ordered a new Filofax this morning.  The Malden is a gorgeous leather one, and on sale on the FilofaxUSA website.  I am SO excited.  I love new day planners.  I love having all of that information at my fingertips.  I use it like a diary.  Every day has my appts, to do’s, shopping lists; then I also jot down how I’m feeling, what’s going on that day, any exercise I accomplished, my weight.

I’ve been missing this all year.  I have a hard time finding a planner I like.  Last year I bought a pocket size Filofax on eBay, but it was way too small.  I had a hard time writing in it, physically.  So unless one of you want it (check the filofax website, it’s a pocket size pink Finchley.  It’ll need new diary refills but has pretty much everything else you need.) I’m going to sell it and a lot of my handbags on eBay this week.  The doctor has deemed me unable to carry a purse anymore.  My back just can’t take it. So I’m down to wallet, keys, phone.  Which is ok. I don’t really use anything in there anyway.

I sat down on the edge of the couch, for less than a minute.  I stood up, my lower back twinged, now I can barely walk.  Bitchin.

Laid up on the couch, cuz my back is out again.  All I hear is Thunder Thighs on the itunes and my doggy snoring at my feet.  It makes for a nice Friday night. Even though i can’t move too well without making a gaspy little shrieking noise.  it’ll pass.
